Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, caught in cycles of disconnection, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, while juggling the many demands of daily life. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
My practice is grounded in a warm, active presence as I hold space for you while also guiding you toward self-discovery and personal empowerment. I specialize in working with high-achieving clients navigating identity shifts, grief and loss, motherhood, and relationship challenges.
Drawing from a psychodynamic lens, I help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns while guiding them toward greater self-awareness, better choices, and clarity about what direction they want their life to go in.
In addition to clinical practice, I am passionate about community outreach and advocating for mental health awareness.
