I specialize in the unique challenges faced by Black women, with a particular focus on relationships with others-- and most importantly ourselves. I utilize a talk therapy approach to help clients unpack their stories, heal from past traumas, and empower them to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

My work is deeply informed by my cultural background and understanding of systemic issues affecting Black women today. Together we will work to create a safe, inclusive space that fosters open dialogue, allowing exploration of your experiences, emotions, and identity without judgment. Through empathy and active listening, I will guide you toward self-discovery and healing.

In addition to clinical practice, I am passionate about community outreach, advocating for mental health awareness, and promoting resources for Black women. I believe in the power of storytelling and seek to validate the lived experiences of my clients while equipping them with tools to build resilience and confidence.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy further enriching my connection to the community and the individuals I serve. Whether you're navigating family complexities, personal growth, or the journey of womanhood, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
