Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly.

However, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. If you’d like to use your insurance, we are happy to provide a Superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage.

What are your fees?

Our standard fee for therapy services is:

  • Individual Therapy: $150 per session

  • Couples Therapy: $150 per session

  • Family Therapy: $150–$200 per session (depending on time)

  • Concierge/In-Home Therapy: Starting at $250+ (based on travel distance and session length)

We offer sliding scale rates based on financial need and availability. Please inquire during your consultation to see if a reduced rate spot is currently open.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps maintain consistency and fairness for all clients.
