Do you accept insurance?
We are currently accepting insurances from the following companies depending on your provider at the practice: Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana, Optum, Cigna, Oscar and more.
We do not accept insurance for couples therapy. Couples therapy is a cash pay rate.
For clients not using insurance for certain services we offer a Superbill. Many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. If you’d like to use your insurance, we are happy to provide a Superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage.
What are your fees?
Fees vary by provider. Our fee range is between $125-$250, depending on services rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps maintain consistency and fairness for all clients.
