Hi, I’m Pamela!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor born and raised in Atlanta. I work with clients to explore how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect, using an integrated approach that honors each person’s unique experiences and goals.

I offer an integrated holistic approach to therapy that includes psychoeducation, family systems, cognitive behavioral, brief and solution-focused, and motivational enhancement techniques. I am interested in the mutual development of therapy goals with my clients while exploring and educating them on how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect.

My ideal client is one who is open, engaged, and ready to work. It is so important to understand that therapy is where we learn the tools, but we have to be willing and ready to put them into action to have peace of mind and improve the overall quality of life.

Majoring in Sociology intrigued my interest in humans, how our brains work, and how experiences move and change us. After the tragic loss of my daughter, my drive shifted to a deeper understanding of compounded grief and how getting support to help us navigate through our experiences in life is so needed.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is a safe space to share openly, ask questions, and begin building the foundation for our therapeutic relationship.
